At VALOR, every product is crafted with intent and handled with care. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

12-Hour Cancellation & Refund Window

Orders may be cancelled or refunded within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet entered processing, production, or shipping.

To request a cancellation or refund within this window, please contact our support team immediately with your order number.

Requests made after the 12-hour window cannot be accommodated.

Returns After Delivery

Once an order has been delivered, returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Original packaging must be intact

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

All return requests are subject to approval. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom, limited, or made-to-order items once production has begun

  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage

  • Orders returned due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Packages not collected and returned or destroyed by the carrier

Refund Processing

Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as VALOR is not responsible for lost return shipments

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The item

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Packages refused by the customer, returned due to non-collection, or destroyed by the carrier or customs authority are not eligible for refunds or reshipments.
