VALOR Shipping Policy

At VALOR, every order is prepared with intent, precision, and care. This policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your order.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and will be displayed at checkout once your shipping address is entered.

To view applicable rates:

  • Add your selected item(s) to the cart

  • Proceed to checkout

  • Shipping options and pricing will be shown before payment

Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or government-imposed charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in shipping fees.

Order Processing

Each VALOR product is handled individually to ensure quality standards are met.

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
During periods of high demand it could take up to 3-7 working days or limited production runs, processing times may vary slightly and also depending on location.

If your order has not shipped within this timeframe, our support team is available to provide updates and assistance.

Shipping Information Accuracy

Shipping labels are generated using the address details provided at checkout.

  • Address corrections are complimentary only if the order has not yet shipped

  • Once dispatched, delivery changes must be coordinated directly with the courier

VALOR is not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Undelivered & Pickup Parcels

If delivery cannot be completed and the parcel is held at a local post office or designated pickup point, it is the customer’s responsibility to retrieve it within the carrier’s specified timeframe.

Please be aware:

  • Pickup notifications are managed by the local delivery provider

  • Shipment tracking should be monitored regularly

Packages returned or destroyed due to non-collection are not eligible for refunds or complimentary reshipments.

Customs & Import Duties

Customs regulations vary by destination and are outside of our control.

  • European Union (orders up to €150): No customs fees under the IOSS scheme (VAT collected at checkout)

  • European Union (orders above €150): May be subject to customs duties and import taxes

  • United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Norway: Typically no customs fees for standard orders

  • Bulk or high-quantity orders: May incur customs charges regardless of destination

  • South America: More likely to be subject to customs duties

All customs charges must be settled promptly by the customer. Unpaid customs fees may result in the parcel being returned, confiscated, or destroyed. In such cases, refunds or replacements cannot be issued.

Customers are responsible for tracking their shipments and remaining informed of any customs requirements, as notifications may not always be provided.

Delivered Orders

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

If a delivered package cannot be located:

  • A refund or reshipment may only be considered upon receipt of an official non-delivery confirmation from the local courier

  • Without this documentation, claims cannot be processed

VALOR is not responsible for theft, loss, or deliveries made to unsecured locations.
